Job summary

Accelint is a mission-driven technology company supporting national security. The Field Service Representative will aid CENTCOM Partner Network refresh, install/configure CPN hardware and software, and manage related networks with COMSEC devices. The role is CENTCOM AOR based, requiring travel and security clearances.

You will work with DoD-grade infrastructure, LAN/WAN, and SharePoint and communications tools, delivering reliable network services and training to military clients across sites.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in technical specifications development and process analysis.
• At least three years with CENTCOM Partner Network and CENTRIX.
• Three years as system manager/integrator for LAN/WAN and converged IP services.
• Three years in enterprise WAN/LAN infrastructures in allied military facilities.
• Experience with email, Web services, instant messaging or VOIP for information sharing.
• DoD 8570 IAT-II certification (Security+ or equivalent).
• Experience troubleshooting Microsoft OS, Active Directory, VMware, and Cisco networking.
• Cryptography devices and COMSEC maintenance experience.
• Ability to work independently and communicate progress clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to USG architecture planning for CENTCOM Partner Network refresh and expansion.
• Procurement, installation and configuration of CPN client hardware/software and licenses.
• Install and configure CPN networks with COMSEC devices; perform maintenance and training.
