Diagnostica Stago is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for Stago instruments in the Atlanta area. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment, ensure quick incident resolution, and communicate effectively with customers to uphold service quality.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3 years of related experience troubleshooting diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of databases and basic computer software; Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Stago instruments and systems, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Foster strong customer relationships through active listening and professional interactions.
• Prioritize service requests, manage workload, and ensure prompt and thorough resolutions.
• Install instruments at customer facilities and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
• Provide on-site training to end users and laboratory personnel on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
