Job summary

Diagnostica Stago in the Sioux Falls area seeks a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site and remote technical support for diagnostic instruments, ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

3 years of related experience troubleshooting and repairing diagnostic equipment.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% overnight.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support for Stago instruments and systems.
Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and professionalism.
Install instruments at customer sites and perform preventive maintenance.
Train end users and laboratory staff on operation and troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate service records and comply with SOPs and regulations.
