Qualifications

• High School or GED required; Associate/Certificate a plus; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of related experience troubleshooting and repairing diagnostic equipment or operating related equipment.
• Valid Driver's License; ability to travel extensively (up to 75% overnight).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Stago instruments and systems, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Foster strong relationships with customers through active listening and professional service interactions.
• Prioritize service requests, manage workload, and ensure prompt, thorough resolution of concerns.
• Install instruments at customer facilities and perform product demos and shows to ensure full functionality as per specifications.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance of Stago systems at customer sites.
• Provide on-site training to end users and laboratory personnel on operation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain ongoing updates and communication with customers, manager, and HQ until issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and improve service strategies.
