Diagnostica Stago’s Field Service Engineers provide exceptional on-site and remote technical support for Stago instruments, ensuring timely resolutions and minimal downtime. The role emphasizes strong customer service, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication with customers.

Ideal candidates are located in the Binghamton, NY or Scranton, PA areas and are prepared to travel extensively. A high school diploma is required; associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certificate a plus; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3 years' related troubleshooting/repair of diagnostic equipment or operating related equipment.
• Valid Driver's License; willingness to travel up to 75% with occasional weekend/on-call coverage.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; excellent customer service and communication.

Mansioni

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Stago instruments and systems, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Install instruments at customer facilities, perform product demos and training as needed to ensure full functionality.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per SOP to maintain optimal system performance.
• Train end users and laboratory personnel on operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instruments.
• Maintain service records, comply with SOPs and regulatory requirements, and escalate issues per SOP when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical support, sales, product management) to improve service delivery and share insights.
