Diagnostica Stago is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site and remote technical support for Stago instruments in the Memphis area. The role emphasizes installation, preventive maintenance, training, and rapid issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel extensively within the territory, including overnight stays.

Formación

• 3 years related experience troubleshooting and repairing diagnostic equipment
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of databases and Windows operating systems
• Willingness to travel up to 75% overnight
• Ability to travel by air carrier or rental car as needed

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Stago instruments and systems
• Install instruments at customer facilities and perform product demonstrations
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance
• Provide on-site training to end users and laboratory personnel
• Maintain service records and comply with SOPs and regulatory guidelines
• Escalate issues per SOP and coordinate with internal teams
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and technical support to improve service strategies
• Drive customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery
• Support service contracts and educate customers on options
• Travel within territory and communicate status to HQ
