A leading technology service provider is seeking a Desktop Support/Field Service Technician in Portsmouth, NH. This long-term contract involves traveling to customer locations to troubleshoot and repair computers, desktops, laptops, and printers, primarily for Dell products. The ideal candidate must have an A+ Certification and experience in Break/Fix as well as good customer communication skills. Commitment to the role and willingness to travel extensively are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• A+ Certification is mandatory (Training/expired status accepted).
• Experience working on Laptops and desktops is required.
• Experience on Break/Fix is necessary.

Responsabilités

• Travel to various customer locations for repairs.
• Troubleshoot and fix computers, desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Use personal car for travel to provide customer service.
• Work primarily on Dell products and perform extensive driving.
