Job summary

Trident Systems is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support installation, upgrades, maintenance, and on-site testing at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, DC, and NCR sites. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience, plus the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

You will work with a team to install, configure, and document complex audio, video, security, and IT infrastructure, ensuring ready-to-use systems for mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related field service experience.
• Active Secret clearance required
• Ability to read and understand technical installation documents.
• Experience with Windows-based systems and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, integration, upgrades, maintenance, testing, configuration, and training.
• Work at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and NCR remote sites as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with electronic test equipment.
• Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and services.
• Interact daily with customers and end users.
• Follow safety and security requirements and procedures.
