How You'll Make An Impact

• Deliver exceptional service, both remotely and on-site, including installation, maintenance, and advanced services.
• Install data center hardware, sensors, and accessories.
• Ensure physical communication connectivity, configuration, testing, and validation.
• Integrate and test data center software, including license initialization and firmware upgrades.
• Serve as the onsite point of contact for customers and subcontractors during project execution.
• Assign tasks strategically to minimize costs and project duration.
• Test relays and other components using appropriate test sets.
• Utilize industrial communication protocols like Modbus and BACnet.

Your background

• Associate Degree with 3 years of professional experience or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience.
• Physical fitness for duty.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in data center fieldwork is a plus.
• Must have work authorization to work in the US for Hitachi Energy.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 85%.
