Job summary

Socomec Group is seeking a Field Service Technician in Atlanta, GA to provide professional field services and technical support for Powersmiths and Socomec products across data centers and critical power markets. Travel to client sites and secure facilities is required, with safety at the forefront.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to coordinate complex schedules while delivering high-quality reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical/power electronics.
• Experience applying OSHA 1910 and NFPA 70E safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site field services and technical support for Powersmiths and Socomec products.
• Coordinate travel and site access to secure environments.
• Prepare and submit site reports promptly.
• Interact with client engineers, contractors, and commissioning agents to meet project requirements.
