Qualifications

Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or two-year technical degree.
3+ years of experience with industrial machinery and commissioning.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, or automation equipment.
Willingness to travel 70–80% and work directly with customers.

Responsibilities

Install, start up, commission, and perform FAT/SAT on automated inspection equipment at customer sites.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and controls issues in the field.
Diagnose failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on equipment.
Support IQ/OQ/PQ activities and equipment validation when required.
Work with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, and electrical systems.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Train customers on operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Document services with detailed reports of work performed and parts used.
Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and support teams to resolve issues.
