Job summary

ProSearch RecruitingPartners, an independent MRINetwork franchise, is hiring for a Field Service Technician to join a world-leading manufacturer of laser cutting, CNC machining, and automation systems. You will travel to customer sites for commissioning, integration, and to solve complex technical issues.

Responsibilities include supporting the sales staff, documenting service performed, maintaining safety and OSHA/MIOSHA compliance, preparing reports, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or technician roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff in servicing equipment.
• Provide solutions for on-site service at customer sites.
• Document all service performed and future needs.
• Maintain safety in line with OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines.
• Prepare timesheets and installation reports.
• Accurately track expenses and complete reports.
• Communicate with other departments as needed.
• Work overtime as required by workload.
