Job summary

Delaware Resource Group is seeking a Field Service Representative to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational readiness of advanced armament devices and systems in a hands-on, on-site role.

This position requires immediate availability for deployments to an OCONUS location; travel domestically and internationally as needed; and eligibility to obtain a SECRET security clearance, with on-site technical support and training responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical and mechanical schematics to troubleshoot issues.
• Experience in electronics, mechanical systems, or armament/aircraft systems.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Must be eligible to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain and upgrade systems across the enterprise.
• Provide on-site technical support and training; assist in schedules and plans.
• Deliver exceptional product to customers and stay motivated.
• Read schematics to troubleshoot issues in electrical and mechanical assemblies.
• Instruct basic and functional skills training; diagnose and maintain assemblies.
• Support on-site technical operations including setup and basic troubleshooting.
