Job summary

Pellenc ST, a leading global supplier of optical sorting equipment, is seeking a Field Service Technician to support on-site commissioning, installation and maintenance across client sites in the United States. You will adjust, test, diagnose and repair equipment, write installation reports, and provide after-sales service with a focus on reliability and safety.

Fluency in English is required, Spanish is a plus, and you will collaborate with our technical and commercial teams to ensure customer

Qualifications

• Electro-mechanical or automation background with at least 3 years commissioning and maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Understanding of pneumatic systems.
• Excellent reporting and synthesis skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Perform adjustments and tests required for proper operation of the machine according to specifications.
• Coordinate, organize and participate in on-site machine assembly.
• Write reports on adopted solutions for installation to follow works and after-sales services.
• Diagnose and repair failed equipment, order and replace parts as needed.
• Compile a technical installation report documenting the work performed.
• Provide a record for the After-Sales-Service.

Responsibilities

• Perform adjustments and tests required for the proper operation of the machine according to the equipment specifications
• Coordinate, organize and participate in the machine assembly on site
• Write reports on adopted solutions for installation in order to follow works and after sales services
• Diagnostic and reparation of failed equipment, order and replace parts as needed
• Compile a technical installation report to document the work performed
• Provide a record for the After-Sales-Service

Profile & Experience:

• Electro-mechanical, automation, or industrial machinery background with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commissioning and maintenance.
• Ability to understand electrical schematics.
• Understanding of pneumatic systems.
• Excellent reporting and synthesis skills,
• Fluent in English for seamless communication with our clients, proficiency in Spanish would be appreciated.
