GCS Recruitment is seeking a Field Engineer to support the installation, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and deployment of technical equipment and infrastructure at customer and operational sites in Hartford, CT.

You will perform hands-on field work, communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, and travel to various locations to support installations and service activations while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, test, and maintain equipment and technical systems at field locations.
• Perform site inspections, equipment assessments, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment, connectivity, hardware, and system issues.
• Diagnose problems using appropriate testing tools and technical procedures.
• Perform equipment replacements, upgrades, repairs, and system installations.
• Conduct testing and verification to ensure systems are operating correctly.
• Support new deployments, service activations, and equipment commissioning.
• Respond to service issues and assist with restoration and corrective maintenance.
• Work directly with customers and site personnel when required.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, vendors, and other technical teams.
• Maintain accurate service records, test results, equipment inventories, and field documentation.
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards while working at customer and operational sites.
• Travel to different locations as required to support installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
