Schedule:

Days, with potential for OT or other shifts if necessary

Pay Rate:

$28 - $36 DOE, depending on experience, plus a 10% Night Differential

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks involving Gas and Chemical Systems, including troubleshooting start-up or change-out issues
• Change out mechanical or electrical components
• System upgrades
• Installation of equipment
• Start-up and commissioning of systems such as gas cabinets, VMBs, chemical cabinets, sample stations, etc.
• De-install equipment or demo facility lines from equipment to VMBs
• Perform Corrective Maintenance
• Support Scheduled Preventative Maintenance as needed, supporting internal teams

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills and understanding
• Effective communication skills for reporting and team updates
• Ability to work within a team and independently once trained, with minimal supervision
• 2+ years of experience with semiconductor equipment involving gases or chemicals
• Ability to walk over 5 miles per day and work longer hours (OT) as needed
• Potential to wear a Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator for chemical work (approx. 10-15 minutes)
• Basic lifting ability (up to 40 lbs), and use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
• Bending, overhead reaching, working at heights with fall protection
• Availability of PPE such as safety glasses, hard hats, ear plugs, chemical aprons, gloves, etc.

Physical Effort/Activities:

May involve walking over 5 miles daily, standing for 8-10 hours, and performing physical tasks such as bending, twisting, pushing/pulling, crouching, kneeling, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 pounds. These are essential functions of the role.
