Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain automated laboratory instrumentation in the greater Cleveland area. The role requires a strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting background and overnight travel.

A minimum of 3 years in field service is preferred, with biomedical instrumentation experience a plus and COVID-19 vaccination mandatory.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics is required.
• Experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• Individual must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Provide basic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater CLEVELAND, OH area

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greaterCLEVELAND, OHarea. Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
