Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the Cleveland, OH area to install, service, and maintain automated laboratory instrumentation.

You will travel overnight as needed, establish strong customer relations, and coordinate issue resolution with the Field Support Team.

Eligible candidates have electronics training and a track record in medical device service; the company offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics is required.
• Experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel required.
• Minimum of 3 years as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or medical instrumentation a plus.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a strong customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory including tools and spare parts.
• Provide on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater CLEVELAND, OH area

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greaterCLEVELAND, OHarea. Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.

• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Providesbasic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation.

• Base salary 65K - 85K depending on experience (overtime & performance bonus should add an additional 4K - 8K annually, probably more.).
