This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer who enjoys working with complex electromechanical equipment, troubleshooting technical issues and being out in the field with customers.

You don't necessarily need previous semiconductor experience. The company is open to engineers from a range of technical backgrounds, particularly those who have experience servicing electromechanical, automation, scientific, precision or capital equipment.

  • Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues and provide excellent service.
  • Document service activities, repairs and equipment performance.
  • Provide technical feedback to internal engineering and support teams.
  • Support customers with equipment operation and basic technical training where required.
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism while working on customer sites.
What We're Looking For

The Person

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable travelling regularly throughout the Northeast / New England.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple customer requirements.
  • A strong communicator who can explain technical issues clearly.

  • $80,000 – $110,000 salary depending on experience.
  • Opportunity to work with sophisticated precision equipment.
  • Regional Field Service role covering the Northeast / New England.
  • Significant exposure to the semiconductor and advanced technology sectors.
  • Full technical training provided on the company's equipment.
  • Opportunity to develop your career within a specialist technology business.

If you're a Field Service Engineer from a semiconductor, electromechanical, automation, instrumentation or precision equipment background, we'd be interested in speaking with you.
