Job summary

Guided Search Partners is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover accounts in Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, with regional travel to support customers and installations.

This established manufacturer offers training on instruments, travel across the region and nationwide as needed, a base salary plus bonuses, company car, vacation/PTO and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer facing field service experience.
• Hands on experience with electronics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to travel around the region and the U.S.
• Travel may include Mon to Fri some weeks
• Ability to read schematics, electrical and mechanical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites within MI, IN and OH region to cover accounts.
• Support other territories across the country as needed.

Opportunity Description

Our client is an established manufacturer of instruments used for material testing and analysis. These instruments are used in a variety of industries including aerospace, metals, auto, medical and other industrial product manufacturers. They are looking for a Field Service Engineer in the MI, IN or OH area to cover accounts in the region. This role will involve traveling to customers in the region but will also include travel around the country to support other territories if needed.
