Job description

Seeking candidates in or near Cincinnati, OH, must be able to travel.

Overview
  • Provide high-level service and technical advice for Peak customers, OEMs, distributors, and internal staff.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a regional service team and the larger Peak NA service team.
  • Be prepared to provide service regionally and across North America, including during holidays or staff absences.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction in service and support of Peak Scientific products.
  • Work with Sales to drive generator and service business.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform routine service, emergency repairs, installations, training, and general support professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests via phone and email.
  • Provide clear and detailed Field Service Reports documenting work and parts used.
  • Submit FSRs daily or as required.
  • Maintain and replenish Van Stock, conduct inventory checks, and request stock increases proactively.
  • Coordinate effectively with all departments within Peak NA for customer and product support.
  • Escalate service issues and serious customer complaints to senior staff.
  • Continuously update knowledge of the product range.
  • Maintain company fleet vehicle.
  • Manage expenses and submit accurate reports on time.
  • Plan and book travel to ensure timely service delivery, obtaining approval for costly travel.
  • Comply with health and safety protocols at customer sites.
  • Complete required online training and recertification courses.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

  • Knowledge of pressure systems and transportable gases is a plus.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and methodical approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work on the ground safely.
  • Comfortable navigating uneven terrain and confined spaces.

  • Willingness to travel via car and plane to customer sites.
  • Valid Driver's License.
