We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. You will manage customer accounts by providing hardware/software maintenance for stand-alone Agfa products and peripheral equipment. Your primary responsibilities include installing, repairing, and ensuring customer satisfaction while actively promoting our products and services.

• Remote: Georgia

What You'll Do:

• Install and repair assigned Agfa products, verify electrical and environmental safety at customer sites, test products for functionality, and review operational functions with customers to meet training obligations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, including courtesy visits, and maintain accurate records of service activities and expenses.
• Order and manage parts, ensure service tools and equipment are ready, and coordinate with scheduling to meet response and uptime commitments.
• Promote all Agfa offerings, including maintenance agreements and professional services.
• Adhere to safety policies and interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Serve as a communication link between customers and Agfa management, providing product expertise and feedback.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

• Associate degree in electronics technology or equivalent.
• 2-3 years’ experience in high-tech fields, printing, publishing, or inkjet environments.
• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer support principles.
• Knowledge of remote diagnostics and market understanding is a plus.
