Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and maintain laboratory instrumentation in the greater Atlanta area. The role requires overnight travel and a solid electronics/electro-mechanical troubleshooting background.

Qualified candidates will have a certificate or AAS in electronics, at least 3 years of field service experience, and must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Company benefits include a comprehensive package and a company vehicle.

• Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline is required.
• Strong electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory (tools, parts, etc.).
• Provide basic on-site training on company instrumentation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater ATLANTA, GA area, EAST / SOUTHEAST of ATLANTA

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greaterAtlanta , GAarea.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved with the installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of the instrumentation.
• Establish a good customer relations foundation.
• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Providesbasic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation
