Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support medical laboratory analyzers in the greater Atlanta area. The role requires a strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting background and involves overnight travel to service automated lab instrumentation.

The incumbent will install, service, and maintain instrumentation, build customer relationships, and coordinate issue resolution with the Field Support Group.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish a solid customer relations foundation.
• Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory, including tools and parts.
• Provide basic on-site training on operation of company instrumentation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater ATLANTA, GA area, EAST / SOUTHEAST of ATLANTA

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greaterAtlanta , GAarea.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.
