Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and install medical laboratory instrumentation in the greater Atlanta, GA area. The role involves overnight travel, preventive maintenance, and establishing strong customer relations while ensuring equipment uptime.

Candidates need 3+ years in field service and electronics troubleshooting, plus a certificate or AAS in electronics. COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate or AAS in electronics or related discipline.
• Experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel required.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a field service engineer.
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and perform preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations.
• Coordinate problem resolution within Field Support Group.
• Maintain car inventory (tools, parts, etc.).
• Provide on-site basic training on operation of company instrumentation.

**** No Relocation. Need to reside within in the greater ATLANTA, GA area, EAST / SOUTHEAST of ATLANTA

Service medical laboratory equipment (hematology, chemistry, coagulation, etc) for this manufacturer of medical laboratory analyzers. Current or recent Field Service experience in the Medical Device industry is preferred. You will be servicing automated robotic lab instrumentation in the greaterAtlanta , GAarea.

Position requires a good electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting backgrounnd.

Qualifications:

• A Certificate or AAS Degree in electronics or a related discipline is required.
• Good experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting.
• Overnight travel will be required
• Minimum of 3 years experienceas a field service engineer
• Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation would be a plus.
• This job requires the individual to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

• Coordinates problem resolution within the Field Support Group
• Maintain car inventory, such as tools, trunk stock (parts), etc.
• Providesbasic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation
