Job summary

WGNSTAR, an ABM company, is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment in Albuquerque, NM. You will troubleshoot complex systems and read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

The role requires 60–80% domestic travel, occasional international travel, a valid driver's license, and AS/BS or equivalent military training. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Technician skills with solid experiences in resolving tool related challenges.
• Previous semiconductor experience is preferred.
• AS/BS or equivalent military.

Schedule: Days,but may vary subject to customers’ demands and requirements

Pay Rate: $28-$32+/hr DOE

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Travel: 80% -domestic or occasional international travel.

Position Type: Full Time

Principal duties and responsibilities will be:

• Performs on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment
• Troubleshoot equipment problems

• Demonstrates ability to understand detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Comprehends test equipment including various test meters, handand power tools.
• Able to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.

• AS/BS or equivalent military.
• 60%-80% domestic or occasional international travel/andor occasional overnight travel to the factory, training facilities, and customer locations may be required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Physical Effort/Activities: May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability tobend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
