Job summary

Texas First Rentals in the SA-Cibolo area is seeking a Dispatcher to prioritize and schedule all Field Service and Lube Service work in the assigned area. You will manage job orders, coordinate technicians, and ensure accurate labor, parts and invoicing records are entered in Rentalman System while delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of heavy equipment, dispatching protocols, and proficiency with DBS, Service Link, MDS, SIS, and SIMSi.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CAT service experience or heavy equipment industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching procedures and tools.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and schedule all field service work in the area.
• Coordinate technicians and manage work orders in Rentalman.
• Verify labor, parts and invoicing accuracy.
• Communicate scheduling updates to customers and managers.
• Ensure timely completion and high levels of customer service.
