Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service/Dispatcher to join a client in Marysville, WA. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

The role focuses on dispatching field technicians, scheduling resources, and maintaining accurate service records in the ERP and CRM systems. Responsibilities include handling service inquiries, updating job details, communicating with customers and technicians, and supporting contract administration and invoicing questions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Comfortable using ERP, CRM, scheduling, dispatch and other business software systems.
• Ability to accurately enter, update, and maintain customer, job, scheduling, and contract information.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a professional customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate field technicians by assigning service calls and managing workload.
• Schedule and maintain technician resources in the ERP/service management system.
• Manage the service job board and calendars, updating as priorities change.
• Enter and maintain customer service requests and work orders with complete details.
• Provide customer service and communication with status updates and point of contact.
• Monitor delayed or at-risk work and coordinate with managers and technicians.
• Maintain accurate customer and account information in ERP and related systems.
• Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and service management.
• Assist with customer contract administration and contract terms in company systems.
• Support service administration and data accuracy, including invoicing questions.
