Herc Rentals is seeking a Field Service Dispatcher in the United States. You will answer calls, set schedules for field mechanics, and dispatch teams across locations while assessing service severity and coordinating parts and repairs.
You will communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely service and adherence to safety protocols. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in heavy equipment/construction markets, strong data entry and logistics knowledge, and proficiency with Word/Excel.

A Herc Field Service Dispatcher is directly involved in addressing equipment breakdowns in the field, coordinating activities of field mechanics, maintaining data on service calls, communicating with internal and external customers, inventory control, ensuring equipment is service at regular intervals, and daily business reporting for multiple locations. Pay Range:$28 - $34 per hour
