WPM is seeking a Field Service Dispatcher in Owings Mills, MD to coordinate day-to-day scheduling and field team logistics. You will be the primary contact for clients, providing updates and confirming work completion.

The role is onsite at Owings Mills with a competitive hourly wage of $24 to $27, and opportunities for professional development within a respected real estate management company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years in logistical scheduling or coordinating multiple assets or staff.
• Experience with commercial, construction or industrial service work a plus.
• Ability to communicate with construction staff using appropriate terminology.

Responsabilités

The Field Service Dispatcher is responsible for supporting the division by managing day-to-day scheduling and logistics of the Service Department field team. They will also be the primary point of contact for our clients & customers providing updates, schedules, and confirmation of work completion. This an onsite position in our Owings Mills Location with a salary range of $24 to $27 hour.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills with tact and diplomacy

• Intermediate level of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Demonstrated ability to learn new computer applications quickly

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ experience in logistical scheduling or coordinating for multiple assets or staff.
• Previous commercial, construction or industrial service work a plus
• Experience interacting with construction and/or skilled trades staff with knowledge of construction concepts and vocabulary
