• HS diploma and 5+ years in maintenance service or related energy operations.
• Deep knowledge of networks, cooling systems, MV equipment and power electronics.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and manuals.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote/local technical support to customers, contractors and techs.
• Coordinate with contractors and technicians to resolve incidents.
• Maintain daily communication with technicians and coordinate scheduling of activities.
• Ensure technicians have tools and supplies needed for jobs.
• Coordinate training and equipment; manage inventory of tools and PPE.
• Keep customers informed and address issues to meet their needs.
