ABB is seeking a Service Manager in the Western US to lead remote and local maintenance support for PV Inverters, BESS, PCS, MV equipment and related systems.

You will coordinate technicians and contractors, plan scheduling, ensure tool and supply readiness, and maintain customer satisfaction while traveling up to 80% of the time.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma and 5+ years’ experience in the Maintenance Service sector, preferably renewable energy.
• Knowledge of communication networks, cooling systems, power electronics, MV equipment, electrical switchgear.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, procedures and regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote/local technical support to customers, contractors and technicians.
• Coordinate with contractors and technicians.
• Maintain communication with technicians to resolve issues and manage scheduling of Service Technician activities.
• Ensure Technicians have tools and supplies and receive proper training.
• Manage inventory of supplies and PPE and ensure proper equipment.
