Responsibilities include repairs, asset maintenance, meter work, and ensuring safety compliance. Requires HS diploma, at least 6 months of related experience, and a valid drivers license; CDL preferred. Hourly wage with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair below-ground assets (mains, services) within specifications.
• Maintain distribution assets (flushing mains, hydrant upkeep, service boxes).
• Install mains, hydrants, services, and meters.
• Maintain company facilities (snow plowing, tree work, road repair).
• Provide customer service (meter installations, valve operations, meter reading).
• Handle customer service related to service delivery and accounts.
• Perform call before you dig activities accurately.
• Conduct cross connection inspections & testing per health regulations.
• Adhere to safety rules per Safety Manual and OSHA.

Job Description

The Field Services Representative General (construction) is responsible for the delivery of world class service to our customers by performing operation and maintenance functions on the Company’s distribution assets including, but not limited to, water mains, services, and hydrants.

• Efficiently performs repairs on below ground assets including mains, services, etc. within the required specifications.
• Performs activities to maintain distribution assets including flushing mains, hydrant upkeep, service boxes, etc.
• Installs assets including mains, hydrants, services, and meters.
• Maintains Company facilities including snow plowing, tree work, road repair, property upkeep and dam maintenance.
• Performs customer service work including meter installations, valve operations, meter reading, and investigative work.
• Performs customer service activities associated with service delivery and the maintenance of customer accounts.
• Performs call before you dig activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performs cross connection inspection and testing in compliance with the State Department of Health.

Minimum Qualification
