Vixxo in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory that includes Seattle and surrounding areas. You will perform reactive and preventative maintenance on espresso, coffee brewing, grinding, and water systems, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and safely.

You will work independently to service customers, own relationships, meet SLA requirements, and document all inspections and repairs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience servicing equipment.
• Experience using testing equipment for general electric and water systems.
• Customer-facing or customer-service experience.
• Must like coffee; tasting is part of repairs.
• Smartphone proficient for inventory, scheduling, and other tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

Job description

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to manage a territory encompassing Seattle, WA, and the surrounding areas. Compensation ranges from $23 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.

THE ROLE

TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
• Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules
• Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which includes conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role
• Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs
• Smartphone proficient for inventory, manage scheduling, and other tasks
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
