• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience in industrial automation.
• Experience working with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLC systems and hydraulic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC programs for industrial equipment and automation systems.
• Work primarily with Allen‑Bradley and/or Siemens PLC platforms.
• Provide technical support for automated equipment and complex hydraulic systems.
• Travel approximately 40% to customer sites for equipment commissioning, troubleshooting, startups, upgrades, and technical support.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and provide clear communication throughout project execution.
• Diagnose electrical, controls, automation, and hydraulic issues in industrial environments.
• Support equipment installations and ensure automation systems are functioning during startup and commissioning.
• Modify and improve existing PLC programs to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and functionality.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and customer maintenance or operations personnel to resolve challenges.
