What You’ll Do

• Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC programs for industrial equipment and automation systems.

• Document programming changes, technical issues, and solutions for future reference.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to automation, controls, and equipment performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers while representing the company in a professional and technically knowledgeable manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.
• Equivalent hands‑on experience in industrial automation will also be considered.
• Strong experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Allen‑Bradley and/or Siemens PLC systems.
• Hands‑on knowledge of industrial hydraulic equipment and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex automation, controls, and equipment issues.
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a technical, customer‑facing environment.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 40% to customer locations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and customer priorities.
• Experience supporting industrial manufacturing equipment is highly preferred.
