Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager to supervise Field Service Technicians and oversee compressor package operations within a defined Area. The role focuses on sustaining safe, efficient, and economical day-to-day operations and strong customer relations.

Responsibilities include leading technicians, enforcing PM compliance, reviewing tasks, and reporting data across operations, inventory, and finance while traveling extensively.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• High degree of mechanical intuition and ability.
• Comprehension of OEM manuals, literature, and programs.
• Ability to configure gas compression equipment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Support employees by being available to answer questions, prioritize training as needed, and lead the Area by example.
• Communicate daily with Lead Technicians to review completed tasks and scheduled work.
• Enforce processes to ensure Preventative Maintenance compliance.
• Monitor employee hours, manage overtime, and prioritize safety of employees.
• Manage Work Order submissions and verify processes to meet inventory goals.
• Analyze data and prepare timely reports for operations, inventory, and finance.
