Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is hiring Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. You’ll be the primary customer contact in a field service environment, working independently or in small teams.

As an apprentice, you’ll spend time with a senior Technician, learning our products and customers and developing the skills to work on your own, with health, retirement, and leave benefits.

Qualifications

• This is an entry-level position; some prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful.
• Good customer service skills are required.
• Position requires outdoor work, at heights, and lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Driving a company vehicle is required, with pre-employment drug test, clean driving record, and a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Apprentice will work closely with a senior Technician to learn products and customers.
