Job summary

Arbon Equipment Corporation, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks an entry-level Rite-Hite Service Technician. You will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities, acting as a key field-service contact.

As an apprentice, you’ll work closely with a senior Technician, learn products and customers, and develop the skills to work independently in the field. This role blends hands-on training with customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with some prior mechanical or electrical experience helpful.
• Must be able to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Serve as a primary customer contact in field service environments.
• Work independently or with a senior Technician as you learn our products and customers.
