Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking an entry-level Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. You will act as a technical resource for customers and the sales team, working independently or in small teams in a field service setting.

Rite-Hite Service Technicians

Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. Service Technicians act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force. The position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment and is a primary customer contact. As an apprentice, you will work closely with a senior Technician, learning our products and our customers and developing the skills needed for independent work.

Required Experience

This entry-level position requires the ability to work independently in a field environment, with good customer service skills. Some prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful. The role demands working outdoors, at heights, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Driving a company vehicle is required, as is a pre-employment drug test, a clean driving record, and a DOT physical.
