Job summary

Arbon Equipment – A Rite-Hite Company in Yorba Linda, CA, is seeking a Service Apprentice Technician to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. As an apprentice, you will work closely with a senior Technician, learning our products and the field-service approach.

This entry-level role requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Entry-level service role with some prior mechanical or electrical exposure helpful.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and outdoors.
• Willingness to drive a company vehicle and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Collaborate with a senior Technician or small teams in field service; be the primary customer contact.
• Learn products and customer needs to develop skills for independent work.
