Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Field Service Systems/Applications Engineer for the Billerica, MA office. You will install, qualify, and support Bruker Nano Surfaces and Metrology instruments, train users, diagnose issues, and develop new applications to maximize instrument productivity.

You will travel domestically and internationally as needed, interact with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver fast, effective solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD in science or engineering, or MSc with 3+ years or Bachelor's with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise with Atomic Force Microscopes highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Install and qualify Bruker Nano instruments and accessories.
• Troubleshoot start-up issues and optimize instrument performance.
• Provide post-sale user training and develop new applications.
• Maintain case records in the support database.
