Bruker is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver best-in-class post-sale instrumentation support for Bruker Nano Surfaces & Metrology. You will install, diagnose and repair instruments, provide data analysis, and drive customer satisfaction worldwide.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 5+ years in a technical role; travel up to 50% domestically and internationally, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to support customers and grow Bruker’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field from an accredited university.
• Typically 5 years of technical experience with leadership progression.
• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide “Best in Class” post-sale support and drive customer experience.
• Execute to current processes, procedures and controls; identify improvements.
• High level of technical understanding and system-level perspective.
• Data analysis and data processing capabilities.
• Advanced maintenance and tool repair.
• Accurate and prompt reporting; strong problem-solving and escalation when needed.
