Cook Solutions Group seeks a Security Service Technician to travel to client sites in Phoenix, AZ for alarm troubleshooting and repair. The role includes installing and servicing electronic and physical security products, wiring, testing, and ensuring compliance with codes.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of security service/installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Bosch, DMP, Lenel, CCTV, and related systems. Willingness to travel and train others is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of electronic and physical security service/installation experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of alarm systems, access control, CCTV, drive-up systems, and Lenel/other product lines preferred.

Responsabilités

• Travel to client sites for alarm failure troubleshooting and repair.
• Install and service electronic and physical security products and wiring.
• Test installed equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with codes.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic and physical security equipment.
• Communicate project status to management and customers as needed.
