Kastle Systems is seeking a Service Technician II to test, troubleshoot, and repair security systems at customer sites, including access control and video systems. The role requires direct client interaction and coordination with Kastle personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.
The position involves a 40-hour shift with weekend start (Saturday through Wednesday) and field travel to DC Metro area, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Service Technician II tests, troubleshoots and repairs all aspects of our security systems including access control, and video systems at customer sites. The Service Technician II interacts directly with the client, client representatives, other contractors and Kastle personnel to ensure a successful service and repair solutions. The Service Technician ensures that service orders are completed accurately and on time, and that these services meet or exceed client expectations.
Must be willing to work a 40-hour shift beginning Saturday through Wednesday
Service and Resolution (70%):

• The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $70,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors. This range reflects base pay only and may not include bonus, commission, equity, or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
