Qualifications

• Security operations management experience directing shifts and guarding coverage.
• Supervisory experience, including performance coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Experience applying labor agreements and scheduling within security teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead security operations across shifts and assign posts for continuous depot operations.
• Oversee incident response, alarms, investigations, and emergency coordination as needed.
• Review shift reports, training records, and update SOPs and practices.
• Coordinate with other departments and ensure compliance with company policies.
