Job summary

You will travel between locations as needed, maintain professional demeanor with clients and staff, and coordinate with site management. Candidates must be 21+, possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and a 20HR Security Training certificate; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Clean driving record (MVR conducted).
• Exceptional customer service.
• Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
• Must be willing to work all shifts and travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Writing detailed incident reports during shift, including notation of any unusual activities and how issues were resolved.
• Patrol and secure assigned sites (office buildings, retail locations, warehouses, etc.)
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors
• Travel to different sites as needed — Your own reliable transportation.
• Contacting appropriate individuals (site supervisors, field management, etc.) as directed by site post orders or as needed during shift.
