Job Skills / Requirements

Schedule: Saturday 7am-3pm (Shorewood), Sunday 8:30am-7pm (Morris), Monday 8:30am-7pm (Diamond).

The Security officer responsibilities:

• Must be able to work one day in Morris, Diamond, and Shorewood.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, customers, vendors.
• Perform site-specific duties, including customer service, lobby and visitor reception, and other assigned tasks.
• Conduct routine security patrols (rover duties) of the property, monitoring for any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Monitor and identify security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and emergency situations, reporting them as required.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to security protocols and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and security teams to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and other security-related responsibilities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.
• Document and report all security incidents, maintenance issues, and observations from patrols.
