A-Advanced Septic Services in Auburn, WA seeks a results-driven Sales Development Representative to identify prospects, evaluate septic needs, and convert leads into contracted work. This field-based role requires a proactive, go-getter mindset and strong relationship-building abilities.

You will cover the Pierce and King County area, with occasional coverage in Kitsap and Thurston counties as demand dictates. Base salary plus commission drives performance in a dynamic service territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving experience with a valid license.
• 2+ years of B2B sales development or field prospecting experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to perform heavy labor and work in crawl spaces outdoors.
• Strong organizational skills and data-driven with CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Field prospecting face to face daily.
• Proactively seek out and acquire new business.
• Conduct in-person door-to-door visits to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present service agreements and proposals to clients.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting via ServiceTitan.
• Complete Site Walks and update ServiceTitan.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, team meetings, and events.
