A Advanced Septic & Construction in Auburn, WA is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to field prospect, qualify leads, and convert opportunities into contracted work across Pierce and King County.

You will be the first contact with new clients, conduct in-person visits, present service agreements, and collaborate with the sales team to reach tiered commission targets while using ServiceTitan CRM and Microsoft Office to track progress.

Qualifications

• 3+ years driving with a clean record
• 2+ years of B2B sales development or field prospecting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Data-driven and comfortable with CRM systems

Responsibilities
